About this Role
You will be required to work across the whole building including the Hall, class rooms and colleague areas ensuring the pupils have a clean, tidy and safe environment.

We are a specialist school for pupils aged 8 to 16 with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs.
Our pupils join us from mainstream schools because they benefit from a setting that can provide additional behavioural support and a more personalised approach to helping them succeed.

- Experience of working in a team, preferably in a cleaning role, but training will be provided
- Ability to work using own initiative, manage own workload within timescales
- Self-motivation with a flexible approach to their role and responsibilities
- Emotional resilience to deal with challenging situations, including challenging behaviours and attitudes from pupils.
- An eye for detail and methodical in your approach
