Location: Radfield Home Care, Thirsk, Easingwold & Surrounding areas

Salary: £13.75 per hour to £14.75 per hour plus 45p per mile. 

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours/ Working Pattern: Part Time/ Full Time

Whether you are experienced in care or completely new to the sector, we will provide all the training and support you need to succeed. 

What you will be doing: 

As a care professional, you'll provide personalised support that helps service users remain safe, comfortable and independent in their own homes. 

Your role will include: 

  • Providing companionship and emotional support 
  • Assisting with personal care and daily routines 
  • Supporting with medication and mobility 
  • Preparing meals and helping with household tasks 
  • Shopping, running errands and accompanying clients to appointments
  • Promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing during every visit

What we are looking for: 

  • A caring, compassionate and dependable nature
  • Good communication skills 
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle 
  • A genuine desire to make a positive difference in people's lives

What We Offer: 

  • £13.75 per hour (Weekdays) 
  • £14.75 per hour (Weekends) 
  • Paid Travel Time at £13.75 per hour
  • 45p per mile mileage allowance
