- Dementia
- Learning disabilities
- Autism spectrum conditions

As a Care and Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in helping individuals regain and maintain their independence. Your responsibilities will include, providing personal care, supporting with daily tasks such as washing and dressing, working collaboratively with a warm, supportive team.
