Our Service 
 
Our Home Improvement Agency Team provides a range of services for older, vulnerable, and disabled people to help them remain living independently and in their own homes. 
 
The Role
 
As one of our technical officers you will assist with the organisation, planning and management of adaptations to enable people to remain independent in their homes.  
 
You will work with clients supporting them in delivering a wide range of repairs and adaptations to their homes and allow them to live independently. Working with a wide range of stakeholders, contractors, and other professionals you will assess and develop schemes of works in conjunction with your clients and support the delivery of these to practical completion. You will liaise with Occupational Therapy staff and other professionals and ensure you provide a positive customer experience.
 
You must be committed to providing a high-quality service in a busy environment, working to deadlines and ensuring that the highest level of care and support is provided to our clients.
 
What you will bring.
 
You must have a minimum of 3 years experience working in the construction industry and have a HNC in construction (or equivalent) or have a construction trade background.  
 
You must have effective communication skills and be committed to multi-disciplinary working and be able to manage a varied workload.
