The North Yorkshire Outdoor Learning Service is currently developing and looking to attract a wide and diverse clientele, and as such you will have the ability to recognise those opportunities and devise menu and service operations to suit, adapting and developing as the customer base emerges and develops.
The role
As a Catering / Cleaning Manager you will deliver an effective service operating to the highest standards.
Your role will require you to deliver an effective catering and cleaning service to achieve budgeted financial performance, operating to high standards of food safety and cleanliness of the facilities. This will include:
- preparing, cooking and serving meals to our customers, both young people and adults, as well as other kitchen management duties such as the supervision of staff, staff rotas, ordering of food and cleaning products, stocktaking and administration;
- washing up and cleaning the kitchen and dining room, setting out and putting away dining furniture;
- assisting colleagues with cleaning and turning round accommodation as required.
