Roche Health Care is seeking a dedicated Senior Care Assistant to join our warm and supportive team at Mansion House, Selby. We are looking for someone who holds an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent experience) and is passionate about delivering high‑quality care to our older residents, including those living with dementia. While experience is helpful, what matters most to us is finding someone whose values, behaviours, and attitude align with ours.
