We are looking to recruit both Full Time and Part Time Care and Support Workers, for our community care service here at Deansfield.
We are a registered service providing personal care to older people who may also be living with dementia, learning disability, autistic spectrum disorder, mental health needs, physical disability or sensory impairment in the community.
As part of a dedicated team, your role will be to deliver short term, personal care to vulnerable people in their own homes and at Deansfield Court Extra Care Housing, helping them to regain and maximise their independence. As well as helping with tasks such as washing and dressing, you'll keep your manager informed of an individuals progress, so their on-going needs can be assessed.
You will need to have the ability to travel around the Ryedale Area to deliver services.
