Selby Community Primary School is National Support School and judged ‘good’ by Ofsted (April2022).We are looking to grow our Pastoral team and are seeking to recruit a strong Pastoral Worker/HLTA to work across school, this role will include supporting SEN Children and providing HLTA cover in classes.
The ideal candidates will be open to working with children on a 1 to 1 basis developing relationships and supporting children to access a broad and balanced curriculum. The candidate should have the motivation to develop themselves professionally and collaborate with others as well as the ability to develop strong relationships. The successful candidate will have the ability to provide a high-quality learning experience as well as the enthusiasm and energy to engage and motivate all pupils.
The post will be offered on an established basis and is subject to a 6 month probationary period Selby Community Primary School is committed to safeguarding the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
The successful candidate will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
