Location: Selby, North Yorkshire  

Are you an experienced Social Worker ready to take the next step? Join us as an Advanced Practitioner and help shape the future of adult social care across the community and specialist teams including Mental Health, Adults and Older Adults.

In this pivotal role, you’ll:

·       Lead on quality assurance, safeguarding coordination, and complex casework

·       Support managers to embed strength-based, relationship-focused practice

 

·       Mentor and coach colleagues, driving best practice and performance

 

·       Manage a small team of Social Care Coordinators and Wellbeing Officers

 

We’re looking for someone who brings:

Expertise in safeguarding, risk assessment, Mental Capacity Act (MCA) and Best Interest decision‑making
You’ll provide confident, evidence‑based professional judgement to support safe and person‑centred practice.

A passion for improving outcomes for adults and carers

Strong leadership and practice development skills
