Who are we looking for?
We need a Level 3 qualified Early Years Educator to join our fantastic team.
Of course, we’re looking for someone with the knowledge, skills and experience to provide high quality early years education. But qualifications are only part of what makes a great educator.
We’re looking for someone who is:
· Passionate about giving children the very best start in life.
· Creative and enthusiastic, with lots of ideas to bring to our already wonderful provision.
· Caring and nurturing, with a genuine desire to get to know every child.
· A team player who is happy to muck in, support others and share ideas.
· Fun! Someone who can laugh, be a little silly, get involved in children's play and doesn't take themselves too seriously.
· Committed to improvement, because even an Outstanding setting can always get better.
· Confident enough to bring their own skills and ideas and help us continue to develop.
· Most importantly, we want someone who will fit in with our team and our ethos. Someone who comes to work ready to make a difference, enjoys being around children and colleagues, and wants to be part of our Brougham Street family.
38 hours per week
We understand that one size doesn't fit all when it comes to working patterns, so we are happy to consider either:
All year round or Term time only
We will work with the right person to find the arrangement that works best for them and the nursery.
