Reception Class Teacher and EYFS Leader: Kirkby and Great Broughton Church of England School

Salary: £30,000- £46,525 pro rata per annum (plus TLR3 £639)

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full-time

 

 

The governors, staff and children of Kirkby and Great Broughton School are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Reception teacher and Early Years Leader to join our team at an exciting time as we open a new governor-led nursery.

 

Our friendly school, recognised as 'Good' by Ofsted in May 2023, is committed to providing high-quality education and fostering a supportive learning environment for all our community to ‘shine like stars lighting up the sky’.

 

We would love to hear from you if you are:

 

  • an excellent EYFS practitioner
  • passionate about helping children to shine with a strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum
  • keen to progress in your career with high aspirations
  • excited about the opportunity to work with the Nursery team to lead and develop a brand-new Nursery provision.
  • able to, and have experience of leading Early Reading across the school
  • keen to work with the Headteacher and staff to drive the whole school’s success even further
  • able to collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement an effective curriculum (please state in your application any other areas of expertise and particular interest)
