We have an opportunity for you to join North Yorkshire Council working at one of our schools, Spennithorne School, Spennithorne. You will be a valued member of our team who will be reliable, dependable and have a strong work ethic.
Please note, this role is term time only plus 2 additional weeks.
Working for NYC as a Cleaner, you will be responsible for the cleaning duties on site including dusting, vacuuming and the cleaning of sanitary fittings.
Full training will be provided, and the hours are between 3.30pm-6.30pm with some flexibility on start and finish time, totalling to 15 hours per week over 5 days. For this you will be paid £13.28 per hour. No weekend work!
In addition to this, we can offer the additional caretaker responsibilities of opening and locking the site after cleaning, setting the alarm, and ensuring the site is fully secure. We are looking for a caretaker to open Spennithorne school, 7:00-8:00am and then to lock the school after the site has been cleaned 6.30pm-7.30pm. For this we will pay you an additional £13.28 - £13.47 per hour, based on 10 hours per week.
