children’s learning environment. Pickering Infants School,
Pickering, is a friendly family orientated
school where the children learn about good behaviour and respect to others.
Working for NYC as a Caretaker, you will be responsible for the security of the building, responding to emergency call outs as well as ensuring outside areas are kept safe and clean. You will support the maintenance of the building by checking and replacing light fittings, assisting with minor repairs and replacing consumables. You will support the training and development of Cleaning Assistants on site as well as assist with cleaning duties as directed. Full training will be provided. The School requires opening at 6:30am and locking up at 6:30pm and totalling to 12 hours per week over 5 days. For this you will be paid £12.45-£13.05 per hour.
