Salary: Leadership pay range £47,941 to £56,357 pro rata (L4 – L8 or equivalent)

Location: Home working with regular visits to schools/settings

Vacancy Hours: 0.6 FTE

Contract Type: Part-time fixed term 12-month post 

Start Date: January 25 or sooner if possible

 

Are you a passionate professional with a deep commitment to improving the Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) outcomes for students? The Hambleton & Richmondshire Locality Board is seeking a dynamic Relational Approach Co-ordinator for a one-year secondment (potentially extending to two years). In this innovative role, you'll collaborate with North Yorkshire Council’s SEND & Inclusion Officer to support schools in implementing and enhancing relational approaches for students with SEMH needs.

 

Your responsibilities will include conducting SEMH audits, developing action plans, and fostering peer-to-peer support networks among schools. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SEND practices, leadership experience, and a solution-focused mindset.
