We are currently recruiting a Mobile Cook to cover in Whitby, Scarborough, Ryedale and surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is reliable, enjoys variety and looking for a consistent working pattern.
You'll travel between schools, taking in the stunning North Yorkshire landscape along the way. From the dramatic Yorkshire coastline and bustling seaside towns to picturesque market towns, peaceful countryside and rolling moors, you'll work in some of the region's most beautiful surroundings.
As part of the role, you will;
- Prepare and cook nutritious food within a budget following all food legislation,
- Maintain an effective catering service operating to the highest standards of food safety.
- Serve meals to students and staff,
- Ensure food is ordered and managing stock levels
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment, recording and documentation of all relevant information following our food safety management system.
No weekend or evening working!
You will be required to use your own personal vehicle with business insurance, a mileage allowance of 55p per mile, plus travel time is also paid.
