The Role:
As a Plant Operative at either Tancred or Thirsk Waste Transfer Station, you will learn to maintain all aspects of the plant, accurately record site information such as hours and fuel, and work efficiently for both the client and the business.
We are looking for a practical, motivated, and positive individual who will work independently on-site, ensuring a safe and positive working environment. Each day brings new tasks, from machine servicing and customer service, to housekeeping to maintain a clean site we can be proud of.
It is essential that the successful candidate has a Loading Shovel or 360 Excavator Licence, or can evidence previous driving experience of either. It is desirable that you have a current driver’s licence with access to personal transport, as our sites are not accessible by public transport.
