We are recruiting a Mobile Catering Assistant to join our friendly team in the York, Selby and surrounding areas. You would be assistant the catering manager in kitchens to deliver an effective catering service operating to the highest standards of food safety.
Your role will require you to assist the catering manager to prepare and serve meals to pupils and staff as well as other kitchen duties such as setting out and putting away dining furniture, washing up and cleaning the kitchen and dining areas.
As a valued member of our hard-working team you will be reliable, dependable and committed to providing healthy wholesome dishes, working 16.25 hours per week over 5 days plus overtime. No weekend work! You will work term time weeks only; however, you will receive equal monthly payments throughout the year. For this you will be paid £12:65 per hour and a mileage allowance.
The mobile nature of the job requires the post holder to be mobile and travel extensively within the County to schools as directed by the Area Management Team. Mileage can be claimed.
