We have an exciting opportunity for an adviser to join our Organisational Development (OD) team at an important time as we build and embed our one council culture. This is a fantastic time to join us as we transform and shape our new organisation.
Working collaboratively, the successful candidate will have a strong focus on our inclusive workplace and our culture change programme, including whole organisation activity and corporate OD projects that contribute to our People Strategy priorities.

You will have a track record of working in complex and challenging circumstances within the wider HR and OD environment and be able to demonstrate your solution focussed approach. This, and your collaborative and team working experience, equips you with the skills and technical ability to recognise and develop manager skills sets, creating and delivering related resources, briefings and wider engagement.
The experience you bring puts you in a great position to contribute to our OD work programme, including ways of working, performance appraisal, staff awards, engagement surveys, wellbeing, and embedding equality, diversity and inclusion across our council.

This post is suitable for hybrid working and the successful candidate will be expected to cover all services areas and localities across North Yorkshire.
