We are looking for a reliable, flexible and conscientious School Administrator to join our friendly, hard-working and committed team. This post is an exciting and challenging role, and we welcome applications from people who are able to establish positive relationships with children and staff alike in a confidential manner.
The post holder will manage administrative and management information systems of the school, ensuring data protection and integrity, and will be required to provide a friendly and helpful reception, projecting the positive and friendly ethos of the school.
You will be expected to show initiative and adopt a flexible approach to your work. The successful candidate will be expected to deal efficiently with a wide range of queries from visitors, parents, pupils and staff in a very busy school office.
You must also have strong organisational skills and the ability to ensure the smooth running of the administration of the school. The office is a busy place, and each day brings a wide variety of tasks and problem solving. Experience of clerical and administrative work is essential. The successful candidate will embrace the unique character of our delightful church school and be an adaptable, resilient, and forward-thinking individual who has a passion for learning and is committed to providing high quality education for our children.
