The Organisation
York and North Yorkshire Combined Authority (the Combined Authority) is a public sector employer with access to powers and funding to unlock transport and housing improvements, boost skills provision and help the economy transition to net zero. The Combined Authority represents the interests of local communities and ensures the Police and Fire & Rescue services maintain an efficient and effective Police and Fire & Rescue Service for the area. The Combined Authority is also the employer of the North Yorkshire Chief Fire Officer, and all associated Fire & Rescue staff.
The Opportunity

- Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers that helps us deliver results.
- Champion diversity, inclusion, and engagement across the organisation.
- Support our HR & OD Business Partners to deliver key strategies.
- Lead initiatives around attraction, retention, and wellbeing
