Contract: Permanent
Hours/ Working Pattern: 37 hours per week, term time only (Open to job share - state your preference in your supporting statement)
Salary/ Hourly Rate: Grade G, £14.60 - £15.84 per hour, £28,163 - £30,559 per annum full time equivalent

Our opportunity
Students have been working hard revising, as Exams Officer you will ensure that they are able to step into the exam hall with everything they need. A suitable room with single desks, a seating plan, an attendance register, invigilators, and the all-important exam paper. 
 
You will:
  • Ensure that the school complies with the examination board rules
  • Securely store completed exam entries before sending them for marking
  • Coordination of exam timetables, room use, and invigilators
  • Organise appropriate arrangements for the support of candidates with special examination requirements
  • Deal with issues relating to appeals, remarking and other administrative issues
