At The Turkish Baths Harrogate, we’ve been perfecting the art of relaxation since 1897. As our team grows, we are introducing an exciting new position for a Senior Spa Therapist. This unique role bridges the gap between the treatment room and operational support. You will act as a vital link between the management team and the therapists, helping to uphold our world-class standards of guest care while remaining hands-on with the holistic therapies you love.
Best of all? You get to develop your leadership and supervisory skills without the burden of direct line management responsibilities.
Your New Routine:
- Hands-on Therapy: Deliver exceptional, guest-centred treatments—from massages to body scrubs and facials—in a luxurious, historic setting.
- Operational Support: Assist the Duty Manager with the smooth running of spa treatments, including tracking stock levels and coordinating orders.
- Mentoring & Training: Help shape the team by supporting the induction of new staff and sharing your expertise during training.
- Shift Leadership: Take on keyholder responsibilities during designated shifts, ensuring the smooth, safe operation of the facility and excellent customer care.

What you bring to the table:
- A fully qualified therapist with an industry-recognised qualification (ITEC, BTEC, or equivalent).
- Proven experience in a spa or luxury retail environment, with a genuine passion for putting customers at the heart of everything you do.
- An engaging, positive "can-do" attitude and a desire to motivate and support a team.
- Flexibility to work unsocial hours, including weekends and Bank Holidays.
